Which activities count?
You can use walking and running, cycling, swimming or calories burnt for your virtual journey.
Why is my activity not showing?
Steptastic reads your activity from Apple Health. Check it has access in the Settings app, under Privacy & Security, then Health.
Who can see me in a Group Challenge?
Other participants can see your username and your activity in that challenge. You can read the details in the privacy policy.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Steptastic Plus screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Open Settings in Steptastic and tap Provide Feedback.
