Do I need an Apple Watch?
Smart Wake uses your Apple Watch to find your lightest sleep. Smart Sleep works with an Apple Watch or any other wearable device that supplies data to the Apple Health app. Everyday alarms and schedules work on iPhone on its own.
My Smart Wake alarm has not updated on my Apple Watch
Open Easy Wake on your Apple Watch to update your Smart Wake alarm. The iPhone app shows a reminder when your watch needs syncing.
What does Easy Wake Pro include?
Pro adds Pulse Wake, Challenge Wake, Smart Sleep, Intelligent Insights, Location Alarms, Sunrise Alarms, Wake Check, unlimited schedules, custom sounds, HomeKit scenes and full Shortcuts access.
Why can I not use Intelligent Insights?
Intelligent Insights needs Easy Wake Pro, a device that supports Apple Intelligence, and some sleep data in the Apple Health app.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Easy Wake Pro screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Open Settings in Easy Wake and tap Provide Feedback.
Which devices does Easy Wake run on?
Easy Wake needs an iPhone running iOS 26 or later. An Apple Watch is optional.
